Original Equipment Manufacturer's Part Numbers and Names are used for identification purposes of parts only. All replacement parts are of top quality but it is not our intention to imply that the merchandise is original equipment.

Damages & Order Errors

Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. All concealed damage should be reported to us immediately. Any damage not reported within thirty (30) days of receipt cannot be adjusted or credited. Any shortage or shipping error should be reported immediately. Any order or shipment errors not reported within 30 days of the invoice cannot be adjusted or credited.


We ship most orders via USPS Standard Shipping. Some packages may ship UPS ground. Orders are shipped within the lower 48 United States only. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Returned items that have been unused and are in the original, undamaged packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is charged for warranty claims, defective items, or due to our shipping errors (if reported within 30 days of invoice date only). If the shipping package looks damaged or open, please refuse the package and call our customer service.
